Then the was baked squash for 12 (and some left over)
After that I dehydrated some oranges
And then I made some grapefruit jam.

Nature Girl!
I have been worried about you!
You went to the docs and disappeared, glad to see you back!
I love spicy food! Sounds wonderful!
Sorry the grapefruit jam didn't set (though I like the positive approach to what to do with it!). I've never had grapefruit jam but I suspect I'd love it.
Scriptor, actually by the next morning it set, and is yummy. I'm over visiting next month so I could pop some in the mail if you'd like.
Yoga Gal, there you are! I miss you!
I sometimes wonder when you get time to eat any of the food you preserve in so many forms. It was the spicy carrots than really made me comment. I can take or leave sweet things but spicy carrots....
GB, some are gifts, others are munchies, The carrots we will eat most of. I sent a care package home with a friend over the weekend as they are a bit of a delicacy in these parts, but trust me, they are easy to make and most enjoyable.
Oh my gosh cat girl !
