Take 1 lb. of brussels Sprouts trim and place in a pyrex container.
Take 1 can of plump tomatoes, drain and slice in half placing over sprouts.
Glaze 1 medium onion in butter and place over tomatoes and sprouts.
Mix 1 and 1/2 cups of water and seasoning cube of choice (I'm vegetarian).
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Eat as ye will!

I'm always looking for new ideas. This looks GOOD!! Can I come over and have some? I'm too tired to make my own!
My thoughts are with you. Hugs!
Comfort food good.
You are more than welcome at my table any time you care to drop by!
This looks divine. I'm the only one in our household who eats brussel sprouts so goody for me - I won't have to share.
Cat - on the felting topic - felting is actually pretty easy. You simply have to pay attention to timing and not rush it. This piece was always meant to be practice and I put all the various parts together by hand. I think I'll try this again but on a larger project and make sure my sewing machine is set up to make the construction go faster and cleaner. Also, I hadn't done so yet, but now I'm going to check out purse hardware and see about finding hardware to give the next project a more finished look.
Oh, I am so glad I visited your blog today and found this recipe. I LOVE Brussel Sprouts and tomatoes. This looks delicious!!!
Thanks for the post!

I made this the other night -- yummy! I'm using the leftover tomatoes and onions in a dish with chick peas tonight.
Yay!
I'm so glad folks liked it!
