Take 1 can of plump tomatoes, drain and slice in half placing over sprouts.
Glaze 1 medium onion in butter and place over tomatoes and sprouts.

I'm always looking for new ideas. This looks GOOD!! Can I come over and have some? I'm too tired to make my own!

My thoughts are with you. Hugs!

This looks divine. I'm the only one in our household who eats brussel sprouts so goody for me - I won't have to share.

Cat - on the felting topic - felting is actually pretty easy. You simply have to pay attention to timing and not rush it. This piece was always meant to be practice and I put all the various parts together by hand. I think I'll try this again but on a larger project and make sure my sewing machine is set up to make the construction go faster and cleaner. Also, I hadn't done so yet, but now I'm going to check out purse hardware and see about finding hardware to give the next project a more finished look.

I made this the other night -- yummy! I'm using the leftover tomatoes and onions in a dish with chick peas tonight.
