Well, it's off to a late start due to my hand injury, but, this coming week it will begin. I decided to go with a fruit loaf to start off with, as I intend to bake just about anything I can fit under the umbrella of bread this year. Cindi's Apple Fall Harvest Bread is what I am planning, We'll see what manifests.
