Oh what a grand week it has been.
On the Friday of my birthday weekend I went to see my pal Jons' band Frisky Uncle Nutrition play.
It is a large band to say the least...
But we all had a good time...
We came home early missing the headliner Metalatchi.
The next day we went to see Mexika. Who are a great local talent.
The next morning I got up to a wonderful breakfast of waffles and cherimoya with candy capped mushroom syrup and a rose...
I got some wonderful gifts including more freesias, camera bits, and Punjammies.
I think that this is a great project and am so glad that my birthday helped fund them.
We took a trip to the farmers market where I got a sunburn on my birthday for the first time in my life!
In other news I got to eat bananas and strawberries from my yard.
and of course...
It was a pretty good weekend. An update on the rest of the week to follow.

It sounds like you have been having a great time and should certainly extend it over the weekend of course .. the rose is beautiful and to have bananas and strawberries from your own garden is FANTASTIC !!!
