Let me get this straight...

My phone dies, you sell me a knew one and extend my contract, but because you have no physical locations you Fed-Ex me my phone, and you require that there is a person present to receive said phone. However, Fed-Ex does not schedule appointments (not even am/pm) and has it's depot some 20 miles away. Today was their second attempt to deliver while we were at work, the operator said she would request a pm delivery, however, it's only a request and if it fails I am definitely without my phone till Friday at the earliest. Meanwhile I still cannot find out if I can retrieve my contacts from my dead phone as I don't have my new phone to try and transfer them into.
