Well, if nothing else, our realtor believes we're serious this time.
He sent over the papers for our contract with him.
Still no word on the house which is fine. I spent some of last night trying to figure out elegant ways to insulate the house should our offer be accepted. That and solar panels could make it OK to pull up the carpets as it already has hard wood flooring under the carpets. The idea of no insulation and hardwood floors with my thin blood just doesn't work, our heating bills would be through the roof (literally).

Oh yes, we know all about hardwood floors, no insulation and sky-high heating bills. Our last heaing bill came in a couple of days ago and it was $300. We are freezing right now.
